Visa applications
Under Australia's universal visa system, all visitors to Australia must have a valid visa to travel to and enter Australia. Exceptions include New Zealand passport holders, who will normally be granted a Special Category visa on arrival provided they meet health and character requirements, and permanent residents of Norfolk Island who may be granted a Permanent Resident of Norfolk Island visa on arrival.
There are many visa options available to people wishing to visit Australia. The appropriate visa will depend, among other things, on the person's nationality, purpose of visit, and intended length of stay.

Confirmation letter for visa purposes
Conference Solutions can provide a formal confirmation letter to delegates who require one to support their visa application.
To request a confirmation letter, please follow these steps:
- Complete your conference registration and pay the registration fee.
- Email your request to Conference Solutions, together with a copy of your registration confirmation email and proof of payment. Use the subject line: "ACE 2026 – Visa confirmation letter request".
- Detail in that email your full name (as it appears in your passport), nationality, passport number, and institutional affiliation.
- Allow up to five business days for the letter to be prepared and returned to you.
